Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.pooboofitness.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders (standard shipping). If you need express shipping it may charge you extra, please contact us email.
• All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
• Any order on Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday as per two days handling time. Once the item has been shipped, it can not be canceled. 
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you
• Estimated delivery time (shipping time): 3-11 days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Shipping Methods

• Usually, we use Front Door Package Delivery (e.g., FedEx or UPS) to your delivery address. Packages do not require a signature but will be left at the discretion of the carrier.
• For some larger workout equipment items, we may also use Truck Delivery(usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a drop off time with you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

• We do not ship to Alaska, Marina Island, Virgin Island, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates.
• We do not ship P.O. Boxes.
• We do not ship outside the United States.

Duty free within the continental U.S.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All merchandises will be shipped from our warehouse in Texas.
